Investigating - We have seen issues for customers using Zetes EaZySign who do not have the EaZySign middleware installed cannot press the "pencil"icon to complete the signing process.
Current workaround: download the EaZySign middleware manually before signing.

Infrastructure improvements are being carried out at our secondary data center in week 23.
Equipment will be moved to a new data centre.

Consequences:
We will deliver all our services as normal from our primary data center during the period.
Nothing has been identified that will affect our customers apart from reduced redundancy in the period.

Op dinsdag 16 mei tussen 07.00 en 12.00 uur zal het eIDAS koppelpunt in Productie worden bijgewerkt met Release 2023-04. Tijdens deze update is de beschikbaarheid van het eIDAS Koppelpunt in Productie niet gegarandeerd.

In deze Release zal de eIDAS Node worden bijgewerkt naar versie 2.6. Ook wordt hiermee Profile 1.2 geconfigureerd. Na deze update zal de keten getest worden.
