In August, the certificates for eh.pre.signicat.nl and eh.signicat.nl will expire. This concerns the TLS security of server communication.


TLS-certificate (for secure web transport)

The new TLS certificate will be activated on:

Pre-production: 7 August, between 09:00 - 09:30

Production: 14 August, between 09:00 - 09:30

Your system needs to make a back-channel call to our eHerkenningsmakelaar for the Artifact Binding. Make sure your truststore contains the issuer of the new certificate (Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA).

MobileID maintenance Aug 8, 2024 00:00-01:00 CEST
During the maintenance window, Signicat will upgrade MobileID backend services.

The MobileID service and any dependant service will have reduced availability during the maintenance window.

In August, the certificates for eh.pre.signicat.nl and eh.signicat.nl will expire. This concerns both the certificates for signing eHerkenning messages.

Signing Certificate (SAML Connection)

We will activate the new certificate on:

Pre-production: August 24, between 09:00 - 09:30

Production: August 27, between 09:00 - 09:30

To use these certificates, you or your technical supplier will need to load the new broker metadata. Check if this is done automatically or if it needs to be done manually. The new metadata is available via our documentation page.
