Logius BSNk platform migration May 9, 2025 17:00 - May 10, 2025 17:00 CEST

On Friday, May 9, 2025, preparatory work will take place in preparation for the migration on Saturday.

The migration has been scheduled over the weekend to minimize the impact on daily operations.
Key Points:

DNS Change

The DNS change is scheduled for Friday, May 9, 2025, after 17:00.
It may take up to 24 hours for the change to fully propagate.
As a result, BSNk will no longer be accessible from Friday, May 9, after 17:00.

Migration

The actual migration will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
After the transition, you will be connected to BSNkPP in production on the new Picard platform.

Go-Live

Once the migration is successfully completed on Saturday, May 10, we expect you to verify that all functionalities are working as expected.

Debit card payments will mostly operate in the normal manner. Card payments using the Credit feature will operate normally despite the interruption.
Debit cards cannot be used for service at Otto ATMs.
