Norwegian BankID has identified the issue and are implementing a fix.

Update

Norwegian BankID has informed us that that this should only affect IOS users. They are continuing to investigate the issue.

We will keep monitoring their progression towards resolution.

An incident is currently affecting Norwegian BankID authenticating using BankID Biometric.

Our eID connection towards this 3rd party service is running but is not functioning properly as a result of their incident.
