On November 11th at 13:00 CET, we will deploy a new certificate for id.signicat.com.
Our existing certificate for id.signicat.com expires on November 28th, 2026 and it will therefore have to be renewed before that.
The new certificate has a new Root and Intermediate Certificate Authority (CA). This will normally not be an issue since most browsers and truststores already contain the new Root CA. But if you have pinned an old version of our certificate or the intermediate CA, or your systems are running a very old truststore this will require manual updates on your side. We have already renewed the certificate for preprod.signicat.com and that one has the same root.
